In the production of blanket, cotton – acrylic and cotton – polyester compositions are used.
For blanket production, woven fabrics are processed through raising and shearing machines to become fluffy and voluminous. This process ensures that the blanket is soft and comfortable. The raised blanket fabrics are transferred to the finishing department, where they are cut and sewn to their final shape. Finally, the blanket undergoes final quality control and are packaged for delivery to customers.
